My professional philosophy is simple: real estate is personal. As your Realtor, I see my role as a coach and trusted guide — not a salesperson. Every client, every home, and every decision matters. My focus is on you — your goals, your comfort, and your success.
I began my career in real estate with my own money — finding and fixing up homes with a friend to sell. From there, I expanded into locating sites for builders to create new single-family and townhome projects throughout the greater Seattle area and beyond. Those years working directly in the field — from remodeling to new construction — gave me a deep, practical understanding of process, quality, and value. I’ve written the checks to the trades, sourced the materials, and lived through every phase of what it takes to build or transform a property.
That foundation shapes everything I do today. For buyers, I know neighborhoods — how they live, their inherent benefits, the lifestyle each offers, their history, and their future potential. My clients rely on me not just to find a house, but to recognize the right fit.
For sellers, I draw on that same insight. I spend an enormous amount of time with buyers, learning what they respond to — what makes a home feel right. I have a trained eye for detail and design, and I create listings that truly draw buyers in. I also understand agents — I’ve heard it all — and I know how to negotiate through every personality, guiding buyers’ agents to put forward their strongest offers.
With 27 years in residential real estate, I remain personally committed to every client and every transaction. I don’t delegate the important work — I stay hands-on, accessible, and fully engaged from start to finish. My business has always been built on relationships, not transactions, and my goal is simple: to help you make confident decisions, achieve exceptional results, and enjoy the process along the way.
